The new HTV-X1 approaches the International Space Station

iss073e1045697 (Oct. 29, 2025) --- The new HTV-X1 cargo spacecraft from JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) approaches the International Space Station carrying approximately 12,800 pounds of science, supplies, and hardware for the Expedition 73 crew. The spacecraft launched four days earlier from the Tanegashima Space Center in Japan atop JAXA's H3-24 rocket.
