As part of the NASA on Campus community outreach initiatives, NASA’s Johnson Space Center and Pathways interns taught the eighth-grade science class for the day at the Yes Prep Brays Oaks school. Johnson intern Sarah Barnes presented information on the 2014 test flight of Orion and plans for space exploration including future Space Launch System and Orion missions. It was a fun-filled day teaching the kids about the past, present and future of NASA while intertwining exciting experiments to tie into each segment.
