The first all-woman spacewalk in history began at 7:38 a.m. EDT with NASA astronauts Christina Koch and Jessica Meir venturing outside the International Space Station to replace a failed battery charge-discharge unit. This is the fourth spacewalk for Koch and Meir’s first.
