NASA’s Shuttle Carrier Aircraft with the shuttle Endeavour mounted atop awaits its final ferry flight at sunrise on the back ramp at NASA’s Dryden Flight Research Center. The SCA-Endeavour combo would depart on its Tour of California a short time later, the last leg of its delivery flight from the Kennedy Space Center to Los Angeles, where it will be the central focus of the California Science Center’s space exhibit.September 21, 2012
