The NACC has an extensive inventory for providing technical capabilities for all types of meetings.
Hybrid meetings, presentations, poster sessions, and more! We have a highly trained staff to help you with your needs. Please work with your event coodinator to make arrangements.
Some helpful tips:
1. To utilize the in-room projector or display, you’ll need a laptop with HDMI or USB-C ports.
2. Our sound booth technician can fully integrate your teams meeting with the room.
3. We reccommend you gather all your presentations onto one main laptop that you can control throughout your meeting.
4. If your event will extend into the late afternoon (after 3:00 PM), or you would prefer outside tech support, please ask your event coodinator for contact information. Outside support will incur additional costs.
