Q: What happens after I complete the sign-up form?
A: For a list of the next steps, refer to the Sign Up – NASA page, then scroll down to the “User Registration and Access Provisioning Steps” which provide step details (see Step 2 and 3).

Q: How do I know my registration is successful?
A: Once the SCV Reporting User Registration Form has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation record of your submitted form and a follow-up email within 5 business days from the NASA OSMA Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Team. Please check your junk email if you did not receive this confirmation.
