Bill Foster
Bill Foster has made significant contributions to CST and has been recognized for his excellence in planning, coordination, test execution, and mission support as the lead CST Ground Controller. As a key member of the Flight Control Team during the Orbital Flight Test (OFT)-2 launch countdown, Bill recognized and corrected a countdown timing issue. Had it not been identified, it could have resulted in a Launch Commit Criteria violation.
