Technology from NASA’s Glenn Research Center will be on display during the 2018 Ceramics Expo, the world’s largest annual event for ceramic materials and technologies. The expo is being held at the International Exposition Center (IX Center) in Cleveland, May 1-3, 2018.

Although Glenn has been present at this event in the past, this is the first time its Technology Transfer Office will host a booth during the expo.

Visitors can visit the Glenn booth (#227) to learn more about NASA’s development in ceramics, ceramic matrix composites and ceramic coatings. Glenn’s patent portfolio and software catalog will be available for those interested in licensing opportunities, and attending staff will be available to answer questions regarding partnerships.

The Technology Transfer Office strives to share technology developed at Glenn for licensing to businesses to increase industrial competitiveness and create jobs.

Businesses with questions about Glenn’s available technology can send an email to grc-techtransfer@mail.nasa.gov.
