NASA Glenn College Shadowing Day

The Office of STEM Engagement (OSTEM) has a strong interest in strengthening relationships with organizations that support students pursuing science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) careers.  The Shadowing Program is a one-day event hosted by NASA Glenn that is designed to allow college students to explore career opportunities in STEM. Shadowing students are matched with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who works in a field related to the student’s career interests. These experts are seasoned professionals with firsthand experience in various STEM disciplines. The SME will provide valuable guidance and insight into their day-to-day work. These experts are seasoned professionals with firsthand experience in various STEM disciplines. The matching process ensures that students get personalized insights into their chosen career paths. Whether it’s aerospace engineering, computer science, or any other STEM field, the SME provides valuable guidance and insight into their day-to-day work.

Shadowing Day will be conducted on site at the NASA Glenn Research Center. The event will be limited to the first eligible registrations received. Event information and logistics will be sent to approved applicants once registrations have closed.
