Eclipse on the Lawn
April 8 at 10 a.m.
Join us for a special Monday museum opening to view the 2024 Solar Eclipse. Watch a live stream of the total eclipse in the How and Why gallery. Special hands-on activities developed by NISE Network and NASA throughout the museum. We will gather on the front lawn to watch the peak of the eclipse together. Each visitor will receive a pair of solar eclipse glasses and special giveaways from NASA Astro Camp Community Partners. Don’t miss out on this moment in history!

Find Your Place in Space Week
The week draws on the strengths of partners to open the doors of the space industry to people who already love space, those want to know more about space, and those that do not know how they can be a part of this industry.
