Tell us more about your role during the Apollo mission.
Up to Apollo XIII I worked as a maintenance and operations tech at the Receiver/Exciter subsystem, which was the equipment that maintained all communications, voice and data, from Houston to the Apollo and vice versa. Starting with Apollo XIII I became shift supervisor.

What was your favorite moment from the Apollo program?​[My favorite moment was] the recovery of the astronauts of the Apollo XIIIHow did your work with NASA impact your career?​It totally [impacted my career]. I ended my professional career in that job.How did the Apollo program set the precedence for future human exploration?It demonstrated human capacity to adapt to any environment.​
