jsc2019e038395 (July 6, 2019) — At their Cosmonaut Hotel crew quarters in Baikonur, Kazakhstan, Expedition 60 prime and backup crewmembers Sergey Ryzhikov and Alexander Skvortsov of Roscosmos, Drew Morgan and Tom Marshburn of NASA, Luca Parmitano of the European Space Agency and Soichi Noguchi of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Space Agency raise the flags of Russia, the United States, Italy and Kazakhstan in a traditional ceremony July 6. Morgan, Parmitano and Skvortsov will launch July 20 on the Soyuz MS-13 spacecraft from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan for a mission on the International Space Station.
