Certificate Issue

The Pointwise ShareFile service does have a certificate, but if you see a prompt, what you are actually seeing is that a user’s local computer has found a certificate stored locally that is similar to the one Pointwise’s ShareFile service is using.  Upon reading the prompt, it is asking users if they would like to use it.  When users click yes, that breaks the certificate from working with Pointwise’s ShareFile service.  The correct response to the prompt in these situations should be “No.”
