Oxygen Compatibility Assessments
We conduct oxygen compatibility assessments to identify potential problems with material selection or configuration in the design of a component via “Guide for Oxygen Compatibility Assessments on Oxygen Components and Systems“, NASA/TM-2007-213740.
Component testing
We evaluate component performance in oxygen systems under normal and worst case operating conditions with respect to oxygen pressures, concentration, and temperature and component contamination levels to determine their suitability for use in oxygen service.
Acceptance Testing
We test oxygen wetting critical components/systems as part of the larger materials and processes qualification of a component to be integrated into oxygen service.
