Terry Keeler

Terry Keeler has supported as a NASA Flight Controller since 1979 for several human spaceflight programs.  This included the Space Shuttle Program where Terry was a Data Processing Systems Flight Controller for STS-1.  Terry also served the ISS Program as an Onboard Data and Integrated Networks Flight Controller, where he supported ISS assembly and increment operations.  Since 2011, Terry has been supporting the Boeing Starliner Mission Operations team as a certified Ascent and Entry Command and Data Handling (CDH) Flight Control Room Flight Controller.  Terry has been a leader and contributed to the success of development, testing, and operations of the CDH system in the Boeing CST-100 Starliner vehicle.  He was the lead CDH Flight Controller for the Operational Flight Test (OFT)-1 and OFT-2 missions and is currently the CFT CDH Mission Lead.  Terry has provided significant contributions to CST-100 Starliner vehicle development and operations, including improvements in software development and caution and warning operations.  Terry plans to end his long tenure as a NASA flight controller and transition to retirement with the successful completion of the CFT mission, another significant human spaceflight milestone.
