Dr. Luke M. B. Winternitz – NESC Academy Biography

Luke M.B. Winternitz is a navigation systems engineer at NASA Goddard in the Components and Hardware Systems branch, where he has worked since 2001.  He is currently a technical lead for GPS flight and research receiver development and serves as the MMS GPS and SEXTANT X-ray pulsar navigation demonstrations system architect.

He received his Ph.D.(2010) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
