Daniel Tobola
Daniel Tobola supported CST by leading the development, integration, and maintenance of the Mission Systems CST-100 project schedule. This consisted of him developing an integrated project schedule spanning multiple deliveries across various facilities and involving numerous implementation teams across the contract. Daniel worked through multiple replans that significantly expanded the schedule. He developed methods and tools for automating schedule status updates, including development of multiple automation tools and reports to provide weekly schedule status/insight to the project management team, senior management, and the customer. Daniel provided a weekly executive summary on schedule progress, schedule summary and projections, dependencies, schedule lookahead, and a rollup schedule for sharing outside of the NASA Flight Operations Directorate Mission Systems Division.
