The Ho`oponopono-2 (Hawaiian for “to make right”) CubeSat being built by students John Furumo, Kelson Lau and Nicholas Fisher from the University of Hawaii, Honolulu that will provide a student-built, lowcost radar calibration nanosatellite carrying a C-band transponder and high-accuracy GPS payload to continue a long-existing radar calibration and performance service supplementing two existing, aging spacecraft.

Launched by NASA’s CubeSat Launch Initiative on the ELaNa IV mission as an auxiliary payload aboard the U.S. Air Force-led Operationally Responsive Space (ORS-3) Mission on November 19, 2013.
