Nanosputnik

Expedition 10 Flight Engineer Salizhan S. Sharipov holds "Nanosputnik" in the Zvezda Service Module of the International Space Station. This tiny satellite, powered by 10 lithium thionyl chloride batteries, was "launched" into its own orbit by Sharipov during a spacewalk on March 28, 2005.
