Tthe Soyuz TM-33 spacecraft’s landing parachute

JSC2003-E-31970 (5 May 2002) --- This wide shot reveals the post-landing scene of the Soyuz TM-33 spacecraft not far from the town of Arkalyk, Kazakhstan, soon after the Soyuz 4 ISS Taxi mission ended successfully there. The spacecraft is out of frame but its landing parachute can be seen near center frame. A medical tent, also visible at left, was erected within minutes of the spacecraft's landing, which occurred at 7:52 a.m. Moscow time. Onboard were Yuri Gidzenko, commander; Roberto Vittori, flight engineer; and space flight participant Mark Shuttleworth of South Africa.
