StemCellEX-H Pathfinder

iss069e061564 (Aug. 17, 2023) --- Expedition 69 astronauts work on a variety of tasks inside the space station’s Kibo laboratory module. NASA Astronaut Frank Rubio works on the StemCellEX-H Pathfinder experiment, which tests methods for producing human stem cells in space. Producing these cells in microgravity could provide higher yields that are more suitable for medical purposes.
