The Columbia Accident Investigation Board (CAIB) held a press briefing on May 20, 2003 at the Lunar & Planetary Institute in Houston Texas. Representing the board were the following members from left to right: Chairman Hal Gehman, Rear Admiral Stephen Turcotte, Steven Wallace, Dr. James N. Hallock, and Dr. John Logsdon.
