Lesson Capturing Effort

A lessons learned capture session is a team exercise designed to identify critical insights, observations, technical experiences, interactions, challenges, and opportunities that occur during project execution. The intended purpose of the effort is to collectively identify (through objective reflection) the critical drivers and enablers of project success for improvement. It is also a time to discuss and document the events that did not positively enable project success for institutional learning, correction, and improvement, if needed. This collection of reports was developed from such sessions.
