What makes your job at NASA exciting or unique?
My role allows me to have insight into many projects that support a large program, as opposed to just one or two.
How does your position contribute to NASA’s mission of exploration?
Safety and Mission assurance is a common thread throughout all of NASA’s Missions. The disciplines that are needed to assure successful missions and technology development are wide ranging and vary from project to project depending on scope and classification. Within an assurance role, I have the responsibility of ensuring that Agency and Center requirements, processes, and best practices are applied appropriately depending on the scope of a project.
What is your favorite thing about working for NASA?
Knowing that I am contributing to something as inspiring as NASA’s mission is a constant motivator.
