Contracts Management Division (CMD)

CMD is responsible for the contractual management of the prime contract with the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) for the operation of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL); and the management of contracts with the governments of Spain and Australia for the operations of the Deep Space Network Communication facilities. The CMD Chief is responsible for the management of the Division and provides leadership and supervision of the CMD staff and reports to the Director and Deputy Director.
