Pressure Calibration

A calibration technician calibrates pressure
The gas piston gauge system provides the capability of generating pressures to within a total expanded uncertainty of 10 parts per million to 100 psi (7 bar) and 26 parts per million to 1 000 psi (70 bar).

Pressure calibration services provide the capability to apply and measure pressures from atmosphere to 40,000 PSI for a wide range of instrumentation and test equipment.
During the calibration process, pressure is applied throughout the range of the device and compared against a precision pressure standard at set points to identify any deviations from the known standard.

  • Example: Verification of hydraulic and pneumatic deadweight testers, pressure transducers.
  • Scope: Pressure: 0.05 to 40,000 psi
  • Instrument Types: Pressure Gauges, Manometers, Barometers, Pressure Calibrators
