Gail H. Gordon, a Marshall Center materials engineer and branch manager, has received a Federal Women's Program Outstanding Achievement Award.

NASA employee Gail H. Gordon has received a Federal Women’s Program Outstanding Achievement Award from NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville. Gordon, a native of Limestone County, Ala., is branch chief of the Materials Test Branch in the Marshall Engineering Directorate’s Materials and Processes Laboratory. She began her NASA career in 1980 as a materials engineer. The Federal Women’s Program honor, which commemorates Women’s Equality Day, recognizes outstanding achievement and exceptional service to the Marshall Center and to NASA’s mission.
