Space shuttle Endeavour atop its modified 747 carrier aircraft overflies NASA’s Ames Research Center at Moffett Field during the Tour of California Sept. 21, 2012 that closed out its flight career. Endeavour has been turned over to the California Science Center in Los Angeles to be the centerpiece of the center’s space shuttle exhibit.September 21, 2012
