The flatbed truck and trailer that transported Sierra Nevada Corporation’s Space Systems Dream Chaser engineering test article paused on the aircraft ramp at NASA’s Dryden Flight Research Center at Edwards, CA, upon arrival at the Center May 15. Following removal of the protective plastic wrap and reinstallation of its wings and tail structure, the Dream Chaser began ground tests leading to approach and landing flight tests that summer.May 15, 2012
