Post-flight photograph of the backs of the two cover gloves. The one Gene wore on his right hand is on the right and shows much more wear than the left glove. Gene's longtime assistant, Claire Johnson, tells us: "Gene is right-handed, but he tells me that, because he's a pilot, he's almost ambidextrous."
