Note 1: all results interpolated onto "fine grid lines" using Tecplot
Note 2: mu_t along exactly z=0 was not possible (because mu_t was exported from CFL3D at cell centers), so a very nearby line was used instead
Note 3: mu_t along z=0 was not fully converged for finest 2 grids, so it is not given
