The Cost Analysis Division is a part of the Office of Evaluation and supports the Office of the Administrator with:

The Cost Analysis Division (CAD) supports the Administrator, Deputy Administrator, Associate Administrator, Associate Deputy Administrator and Chief of Staff. The Cost Analysis Division is responsible for ensuring that the Agency's cost estimates are continually improving and increasing in accuracy.
The Cost Analysis Division performs various activities in support of its function as the cost-estimating arm of Office of Evaluation. This team provides cost estimates for possible future Agency programs. It also assesses available cost estimating tools to ensure that the Agency's cost estimations are continually improving and increasing in accuracy. The Cost Analysis Division develops cost analysis policy for the Agency and is available to perform quick turn around cost analysis in support of the Office of the Administrator.
