Operating Plans
Per the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018 (P.L. 115-141), and prior annual Appropriations bills, NASA is directed by Congress to: “submit spending plans, signed by the respective department or agency head, to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate…The spending plan shall be provided by NASA at the theme, program, and project activity level.
Once NASA has concurrence of Committees on Appropriations in the Agency spend plan, NASA posts the final spend plan on its website.
