Entry Information
Each challenge has different criteria and judging guidelines. To review these, please visit the challenge page and look for the Video Criteria and Rubric.

Send a separate email for each video to GRC-21-CCLC@mail.nasa.gov with the following information:

1. Challenge name
2. Educator name
3. School name, city and state
4. Team name
5. Video title
6. YouTube link to video
7. Indicate how you are sending your photo releases. A signed media release form is required for any individual who is recognizable and shown in the video.

Media Release Forms
A signed media release form is required for any individual who is recognizable and shown in a video.
·  Adult Media Release forms (18 and older) [56KB PDF]
·  Student Media Release forms (Must be signed by a parent or legal guardian) [56KB PDF]

There are three options for sending the forms to NASA:
1. Scan and attach to the entry email.
2. Fax to 216-433-3344 with your entry information on the cover sheet.
3. Mail to Maria Arredondo at 21000 Brookpark Road, MS 7-4, Cleveland, OH 44135 with the entry information.

Deadline
