Candace Carlisle is the ST5 Deputy Project Manager at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. Prior to ST5, she worked in System Engineering roles on the Earth Observing Data and Information System and the Network Control Center for the Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System. She has a BS in Computer Science and Physics from the College of William and Mary, and MS degrees in Computer Science and Technical Management from the Johns Hopkins University.
