7:00 a.m. - Astronauts wake up for launch (have one additional hour of sleep available as an option, if desired)
7:30 a.m. - Astronauts have breakfast
8:00 a.m. - Mission Management Team meets to give a "go" for the fueling of Endeavour; astronauts receive final medical exams
8:30 a.m. - NASA TV COVERAGE OF ENDEAVOUR'S FUELING BEGINS
8:38 a.m. - Countdown resumes at the T-6 hour mark with the fueling of Endeavour
9:23 a.m. - LH2 sensors go to "wet" state
10:53 a.m. - LH2 topping of the external fuel tank begins
11:30 a.m. - Astronauts have a photo opportunity in crew quarters during a midday snack (not broadcast on NASA TV)
11:38 a.m. - Countdown enters a 2-hour, 30-minute built-in hold at the T-3 hour mark; fueling enters stable replenish
12:30 p.m. - NASA TV COVERAGE OF ENDEAVOUR'S LAUNCH BEGINS
1:33 p.m. - Astronauts receive a weather briefing from the Ascent Team of flight controllers at Mission Control, Houston
1:43 p.m. - Astronauts suit up for launch
2:08 p.m. - Countdown resumes at the T-3 hour mark
2:13 p.m. - Astronauts depart crew quarters for Launch Pad 39A
2:43 p.m. - Astronauts arrive at Launch Pad 39A and begin to board Endeavour
3:58 p.m. - Endeavour's hatch is closed and latched for launch
4:48 p.m. - Countdown enters a 10-minute built-in hold at the T-20 minute mark
4:58 p.m. - Countdown resumes at the T-20 minute mark
5:09 p.m. - Countdown enters a 40-minute built-in hold at the T-9 minute mark; the MMT conducts its final poll for a "go/no-go" for the launch of Endeavour (This hold will be adjusted by about 5 additional minutes to become a 45-minute built-in hold designed to meet the preferred in-plane launch time of 6:03:10 p.m. EDT)
5:54 p.m. - Countdown resumes at the T-9 minute mark
5:58 p.m. - APU start
6:03:10 p.m. - LAUNCH OF ENDEAVOUR ON THE STS-127 MISSION
6:11:40 p.m. - main engine cut-off (MECO)
