DEEP IMPACT IMAGE VIEWEREXPLORE. DISCOVER. UNDERSTAND.

Welcome to NASA's Deep Impact Image Viewer. You'll see the latest photos from the impactor as it approaches comet Tempel 1 and from the flyby spacecraft as it records events. Impact occurs just before 2 a.m. EDT on July 4.

The viewer will refresh automatically and the latest image will be displayed, along with thumbnail links to previous images. Image sizes will vary. The viewer will be activated about 24 hours prior to impact, and all images will be available in an archive.
