Small, Blocky-Rimmed Crater
We are looking at the eatern rim of a small crater punched into the
Cone Crater ejecta blanket. the blocks surrounding the crater are
undoubtedly a mixture of (1) material thrown out from this more recent
impact from relatively deep in the Cone ejecta blanket and (2) material
that was on the surface of the Cone blanket before this smaller impact
occurred. |
