Subject: Establishment of Apollo 204 Review Board Advisory Group
Reference: Memorandum for the Apollo 204 Review Board from Dr. Robert C. Seamans, Jr., Deputy Administrator, NASA, dated February 3, 1967.
- An Advisory Group is hereby established to support the Apollo 204 Review
Board in its investigation. This Group consists of Representatives, Consultants,
Liaison Officers, Observers, and Secretariat.
- The Advisory Group will report to the Chairman, Apollo 204 Review Board.
- The Advisory Group will consist of:
- Representative: Represent a major element of NASA or other Government
agency having programs and activities associated with the Apollo Program.
- Consultant: Serve as an advisor to Apollo 204 Review Board by providing
views, opinions, information, and recommendations, as appropriate, based
on his field of competence.
- Liaison Officer: Represent an activity having an interest in the Apollo
204 review and provide liaison with that activity by the acquisition of
information.
- Observer: Acquire information relative to his area of expertise and
normal responsibility.
- Secretariat: Provide administrative, secretarial, clerical, and other
supporting services to the Review Board.
- The following are hereby designated the Advisory Group:
