To mark National Women's History Month, Carolyn Griner, an executive at the technology consulting firm of Booz Allen Hamilton and a former deputy director of Marshall, will speak at the Center's annual women's history celebration Tuesday. She will share her professional experiences in public and private service, and her thoughts on the advancement of women during the past three decades.

What: In recognition of National Women's History Month, Carolyn Griner, executive at the technology consulting firm of Booz Allen Hamilton and a former deputy director of NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala., will speak at Marshall's annual women's history celebration Tuesday. During this year's event — themed "Women Inspiring Hope and Possibility" — Griner will share her professional experiences in public and private service, and her thoughts on the advancement of women during the past three decades.
National Women's History Month, first recognized by a 1987 congressional resolution, celebrates women's contributions throughout U.S. history each March, with events hosted by schools, businesses and government agencies across the country.
