NASA Langley Open New Headquarters Building
HAMPTON, Va. -- Media are invited to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new NASA Langley Headquarters Building at NASA Langley Research Center, the first large office building built here in 35 years.

WHAT: The new building is a $26 million, 72,000 square-foot (6,689 sq m) office facility that will hold approximately 240 employees from six different NASA Langley staffs. This is the first building to be completed as part of an ongoing multi-year facility improvement project and revitalization, made possible through a partnership with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and its contractors.

WHEN: Friday, June 17, at 10 a.m.

WHERE: NASA Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA 23681, Building 2101
