NASA Langley Role in Space Exploration to be Revealed Monday

NASA Langley Center Director Lesa Roe will brief Hampton Roads media June 5 about the work being assigned to the center in support of NASA's space exploration program. Roe will be available at NASA Langley immediately following a televised briefing by NASA Administrator Michael Griffin, Associate Administrator for Exploration Systems Mission Directorate Scott Horowitz, and Constellation Program Manager Jeff Hanley.

The schedule of events June 5:

  • 1:30 - 2:15 - Photo opportunity at a NASA Langley exploration research site
  • 2:30 - 3:15 - Televised NASA Headquarters Media Briefing from Washington, D.C.
  • 3:15 - 4:00 - NASA Langley Media Briefing featuring Center Director Lesa Roe
