Family Science Night

Credit: NASA Goddard/Pat Izzo Come to the Goddard Visitor Center once a month to discover the wide variety of science and engineering being performed here at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center and participate in Family Science Night. Designed for middle school students and their families, families work with NASA volunteers to explore various themes through two hours of hands-on activities and even take home resources to perform their own experiments at home.

In order to participate, at least one member of the group must be in middle school. However, any family member over the age of 8 is welcome to join the team! (And stay tuned for other programs designed specifically for visitors ages 7 and younger.)

All of the sessions will be different, so the more sessions you attend, the more interesting things you’ll learn about what we do here at Goddard!

For more information on individual sessions, or to register, please contact Catherine Kruchten at 301-286-0251.
