Teachers Invited to NASA Educational Materials Workshop

PALMDALE – Educators are invited to a back-to-school workshop Sept. 29 that will provide instruction on how to bring NASA education materials to the classroom. The NASA Dryden Flight Research Center’s Office of Education sponsors the event that is offered free of charge.
Many of NASA’s materials can be downloaded from the NASA education Web site by subject, grade level and product type. An explanation of these science, technology and math materials and their value to teachers of grades kindergarten through 12 will be offered from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. The workshop will be held at the AERO Institute, 38256 Sierra Hwy., Ste. A, in the Palmdale Civic Center.
