Bio:

Susan Kulawik is an atmospheric scientist who specializes in using satellite data to understand the carbon cycle and other trace gases.  She works on near-surface satellite estimates of carbon dioxide and methane, and satellite observations of ozone, carbon dioxide, methane, Peroxyacetyl nitrate (PAN), and other trace gases.  Susan is involved in the GeoCarb mission as L2 validation lead, in the OCO-2/3 missions through NASA ROSES and MEASURES, and involved in algorithm development and prototyping for atmospheric retrievals from TES, AIRS, CrIS, OCO-2, and other satellites through the JPL TROPESS project.
