Boy ScoutsNASA recognizes Boy Scouts earning the prestigious Eagle Rank. To receive a certificate of recognition from NASA commemorating this distinguished achievement, the Scout Master, parent(s), or legal guardian(s) needs to provide the following information. Please submit only one request, as duplicate requests will not be honored. Please Note: Do not use all caps. All street addresses must be spelled out completely with no abbreviations--for example Dr. instead of Drive. You will receive an email confirmation for each entry.

For fastest consideration, please submit your request online via our Boy Scout Award Form.

If you wish to mail your request, please provide the following information:

Full name of the award recipient.
Full name and mailing address of the requester.
