View Video (mp4)

MALE SPEAKER: When man first landed on the Moon, I was at home watching the landing on television with my mother and my father, and it was around 10:30 at night. It was unbelievable. That's what it was. That's all I can state.

INTERVIEWER: Well, what were your thoughts when you actually saw, you know, One Small Step for Man?

MALE SPEAKER: When I saw Neil Armstrong on the Moon, I couldn't believe he had landed on the Moon. It was just awe inspiring is all I can say.

INTERVIEWER: NASA has done a lot of things, return to the Moon by 2020 and on to Mars. What are your thoughts about what NASA is going to be doing here in the future?

MALE SPEAKER: All the stuff that NASA has done so far and in the future, I think is great. Without NASA, we wouldn't have Teflon, microcomputers, cell phones.

I mean it's enormous, the implications and all. I'm hoping that we will go back to the Moon and on to Mars in the future.
