Major Completed Actions	NASA is implementing the NASA/NOAA MOU that provides NOAA Recovery funds to NASA to support the procurement for two climate change monitoring instruments, CERES FM-6 and TSIS FM-1. Johnson Space Center (JSC) Hurricane Damage Repair Projects: JSC has issued all seven Request For Proposal (RFP) 8(a) solicitations and has received six proposals to date in response to RFP 8(a) solicitations. Additionally, the 5th and final delivery order for the facility support services contract has been issued. Science Mission Directorate, Astrophysics: Synopsis released for the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) for the Near Infrared Camera (NIRCam) instrument and completion of tasks for bonded optical mount designs, Short Wave Engineering Test Unit integration, optical assembly, brass board integration and assembly, first article reliability testing and planning and batch testing.

Major Planned Actions	NASA intends to begin soliciting for Science, Exploration, and Aeronautics contracts and grant proposals in accordance with applicable Program Plans, and then start work on projects in accordance with Recovery Act provisions. Johnson Space Center (JSC) Hurricane Damage Repair Projects: JSC intends to issue multiple 8(a) sole-source contracts for additional repairs in August. Aeronautics Mission Directorate: A pre-solicitation workshop has been scheduled for August 7 in Cleveland, Ohio. The Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate (ARMD) plans to amend an existing Fundamental Aeronautics NASA Research Announcement with the detailed requirements to solicit proposals for the "Subsonic Fixed Wing N+2 Advanced Low NOx Combustor Technologies." Science Mission Directorate: Several Science Projects (Global Precipitation Mission (GPM), Ice, Cloud,and land Elevation Satellite (ICESat II), Glory, and Landsat Data Continuity Mission (LDCM) are developing required solicitation information for planned release in August. Exploration Mission Directorate: The Commercial Crew Development Project is developing required notice of intent and solicitation information for planned release in August.
