2 CDF’S”.    The plot on the left is labeled “Probabilistic Frequency
Mode 1”.  The plot on the right is labeled “Probabilistic Frequency
Mode 2”.  For both plots, the “Cumulative Probability” is plotted on
the ordinate, and the “Frequency in cycles per second” is plotted on
the abscissa. The range of frequencies for the plot on the left is
between 14 and 18.  Cumulative probability for this plot begins to rise,
non-linearly with a positive slope, at about 15 Hz. And levels off at
about 17 Hz.  The range of frequencies for the plot on the right is
between 17 and 22.  Cumulative probability for this plot begins to rise,
non-linearly with a positive slope, at about 19 Hz and levels off at
about 21 Hz.
