NASA’s modified Boeing 747 Shuttle Carrier Aircraft with the Space Shuttle Endeavour on top lifts off to begin its ferry flight back to the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

Johnson Space Center (JSC) offers new knowledge resources on the Space Shuttle Program.
The JSC Chief Knowledge Officer and the JSC Engineering Directorate are pleased to announce the third release of the Shuttle Knowledge Console. Updates and new content to the knowledge resource include:
NASA employees can gain access to JSC’s knowledge resources, including the Shuttle Knowledge Console, through knowledge.jsc.nasa.gov. Questions about the updated website can be directed to Howard Wagner or Brent Fontenot. Click the “Submit Feedback” button located on the top of the site navigation to provide comments and thoughts.
